Good morning Saturday! need a workout today try it out. Comment and post times getting ready for the Tough Mudder in 2 weeks and Metro Dash in april Warrior Dash soon.
So I am just giving you and update on the training progress.
I started running again..well i’d call it jogging but with the effort of looking like a run. hahaha
I was beat but know I could’ve made every excuse not to run and the clock was running close to 11PM after running sessions since 5 aM. I had to get it in.
This is where I had to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
So here you go. Feeling a little tight today but nothing bad. I gotta progress to running a couple miles.
I HATE running but have to do it so here you go…tune in tomorrow!
